Grantee
Reporting Requirements
There are several requirements that you will need to be aware of as a recipient of a grant from The Ian Potter Foundation.
The Standard Grant Conditions require all successful grantees to satisfactorily acquit the grant by completing a financial acquittal and a final report.
The information is used:
- to ensure the financial accountability of both the Foundation and the grant recipient
- for internal assessment and review
- to identify any important learnings or models from the project
- to disseminate experiences and outcomes to others where appropriate
- to guide future grant-making decisions.
Grant recipients must inform the Foundation of any changes to, or delays in the completion of the project throughout its duration.
If a grant extends over a period of years, interim reports are required.
Please download the appropriate Report Form for your grant from the menu (right).
Any queries regarding Reporting should be directed to admin@ianpotter.org.au, quoting the Foundation’s reference number in the Subject line.
